• Developing CSR policies and strategies: The Firm assist the company in developing comprehensive CSR policies and strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, values, and vision.
• Conducting CSR audits: The Firm conduct an audit of the Company’s existing CSR initiatives to assess their effectiveness, identify areas of improvement, and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations.
• Facilitating CSR projects: The Firm facilitate the identification, selection, and implementation of CSR projects by the company, working closely with the management, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reporting CSR performance: The firm help the company in monitoring and reporting its CSR performance to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to enhance transparency and accountability. 
• Engaging with stakeholders: The Firm engage with various stakeholders such as NGOs, community organizations, government agencies, and investors to build partnerships and collaborations for CSR activities.
• Providing legal and regulatory advice: The Firm provide legal and regulatory advice to the company on CSR-related matters, including compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the CSR Rules, 2014.
